Allow install on shared hosting

I found that I could not install openSIS without so-called 'root access' on my shared web hosting. I am confident that this requirement could be removed. Please make it possible to install openSIS on shared web hosting! Thank you.

Add me to this request. Requiring root access to mysql reduces security and makes it impossible to install on shared hosting, the most economical way to run this software. Thanks.
